Use the Users tab to manage the user accounts of your VCT.
If you click on the ADD USER button, you will be required to enter the authentication details of your users.
The Username is the username used when logging in the system.
The Password must be at least 10 characters long, must contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and at least one number.
The Full Name and E-mail are used for identifying your user and these will be editable in the My Profile section each user.
The Brand it is mandatory to be selected.
The SIGNATURE may be set multi-language and placeholders may be used in the texts fields (such as {{logo}} and {{userBrandLogo}} )
The users added may be edited by clicking Actions / Edit or disabled by clicking Disable User radio button.
A user cannot be deleted, only disabled.

Administrator - full access to actions across system
Operator - limited access to actions across system
has no access to Settings menu
has no right to modify Product Code
has no right to assign or Delete Deals in Pipeline
has no access in Pipeline to view unassigned deals
has no right to lock/unlock products
Important!
In Pipeline:If you have Admin set as role:
You will see all the cards assigned to you and the ones that are not yet assigned
Assign to and Delete options are available to you
If you are an Operator:
you will see only the cards assigned to you
Assign to and Delete options are not available to you
User session and inactivity time in Victoury
Each time a user logs in to Victoury, the system starts a session which is set to last 60 minutes. The 60 minutes interval is reset to start each time an API call is made by using the VCT interface, meaning that in case after the login the user does not do anything for 59 minutes, but at minute 59 he clicks somewhere in VCT which triggers an API call towards the VCT server, another 60 minutes interval starts and he is not logged out.
This setting of 60 minutes is general setting for Victoury.
