How to add Standard Deal
To add a new Deal go to Deals/Deals List from the left main menu. Click on + symbol. Three types of Deals are displayed:
Click on Standard Deal and a new window opens where you can select whether you need to create an Option or a Deal, the Arrangement Type, etc.
If you need to work with other arrangement types, Brand/Profit Centers or Destinations you can add, edit or remove them from Settings/Choice Lists.
The Brand you have selected when creating the Deal will be assigned to the customer and to the arrangement of the Deal.
The system takes you to the next step - add a customer. At this point you can add an existing customer or create a new one.
If you need to add more travelers to the main customer click on +ADD TRAVELER - to be able to insert all information related to the traveler, or, +ADD MORE TRAVELERS - if you do not need to insert all travelers info at the moment.
Next, chose whether you want to create a relation between new added travelers and the customer. If you chose to create a relationship between new added travelers and the main customer, these travelers will be added also in customer's person's list:
After adding the travelers, you may reorder them using REORDER option and you can edit their details using ACTIONS/EDIT.
if you toggle the Search existing mark, at this point you can search for an existing person (customer) that has been already created in your system or you can create a new person/traveler.
Next, you have to select the arrangements for your Deal. Click on ADD PRODUCT and book your products. For search, it is mandatory to search by begin and end date. The other fields are optional but help you find your product quicker.
Select your product to be booked. In case you have selected a package in your Deal, the package supplements are displayed. On this overlay choose what is printed on invoice (or other document templates) and what to include in the total amount of the Deal - the final price.
If you check Include in Total box, the price of the product will be added to the final price of the Deal. If you check Print box, the product will be displayed on different documents.
The system will take over all the product details set up at product level but, at this point, you can edit all the products details by clicking on the product name. These changes will happen only at arrangement/deal level, they will not affect the initial product setup.
Next, you find the option to add an itinerary if this is necessary and after that, you have the possibility to add or remove addresses. The next step is to finalize the Deal after checking if all details of the Deal are correct. If not, take a step back and make the corrections then finalize the Deal.

How to add Itinerary type Deal
Itinerary Deal is designed for booking trips. These trips will be linked to the newly created deals.
The deal process is the same as described above for Standard Deal. The difference is that in case of Itinerary Deal, a trip is saved and attached to the deal. For all Itinerary type deals, in Deals List, the icon of the trip is visible.
If you click on the trip icon, the trip of the deal is opened and you can personalize it for each client without changing the main trip product that was created in trip list.
How to add a Lead type Deal
The process is the same as creating a Lead from Pipeline and it is described in Pipeline article
