The Pipeline board displays the deals on cards grouped by statuses in columns, each column having a different deal status set, at your choice.

The Pipeline is to be found in main left menu, under Deals

On the right upper corner of the screen there is  a + symbol for adding a new column, Pipeline Settings button and a reload button.

How to add Pipeline Column using + symbol

You have the option to add as many columns as you need, each column is related to a status of the Deal as set in Settings/CHOICE LISTS/Status. You cannot have a pipeline column without selecting a deal status, but, you may create more columns for the same status of a deal. 

  • give a title for your new pipeline column

  • select the deal status from drop down 

  • check mark Display Cards so you see the cards on the Pipeline board 

  •  if you want to limit the number of cards, check this option and set a number

  • if you want to hide older cards check this option and set a number of days 

  • Define the type of the action for the pipeline column: Enable Quick Add Action: Create Lead or Create Deal or None 

  • click SAVE

  • + ADD NEW works same way as described above

  • Delete - using X symbol from the end of each row 

  • Edit - click on edit symbol 

  • Hide - click on eye symbol

 How to create a Lead or a Deal from Pipeline

Each pipeline column represent a status of the deal. Each column has a type of action set:  

This means that a lead or a deal can be created in the pipeline columns that have this type of action set. This is visible at the top of each column.

To create the Lead, click on the action available at the top of the column:

  • complete all mandatory information that is required in the form and click SAVE. In this moment the Lead is visible in the pipeline column, a new customer was created in Customer list and a new Lead type Deal is to be found in Deals list.

A lead will not have Arrangements tab active. The Arrangement tab will be active when the lead is saved as Option.

  • to edit the Lead information you can use Quick Edit option available on the card:


How to assign a Deal

On the pipeline board, all information is displayed on cards. For each Deal, a card is available on the board.
To assign a Deal, chose the card of that specific Deal and use Assign option available and chose the person from the drop down list:

To complete this action, use the handle bar available on the card.

The status of the Deal will be updated with the status set for the new column.

Important!


If you have Admin set as role:

  • you will see all the cards assigned to you and the ones that are not yet assigned

  • Assign to and Delete options are available to you

If you are an Operator:

  • you will see only the cards assigned to you

  • Assign to and Delete options are not available to you

Mention
A Lead can be created for an already existing customer. When this is the case, the search of a customer is made automatically when typing email address, or, you may use Search existing option and search for other persons.
