New functionality for listing and searching Grouptours has been added in Victoury as a new menu option between Products and Tasks.
A GroupTour is an allotment record of type GROUP having a Tourcode set and having availability records created for the entire period of the Allotment.
The below information is displayed in the list view:
Tour Code - the Tour Code as set in the allotment record
Group Code - the Group Code as set on the level of the Product to which the allotment record pertains to
Product Code - the Product Code as set on the level of the Product to which the allotment record pertains to
Name - the Product Name as set on the level of the Product to which the allotment record pertains to
Start Date - the start date of the allotment record
End Date - the end date of the allotment record
Duration - the number of days of the allotment calculated based on the end date minus start date of the allotment record + 1
Persons No. - the value from the Number of allotments field
Free - the number of free places as stored on the allotment record level
Booked - the number of booked places as stored on the allotment record level
Option - the number of places booked in options as stored on the allotment record level
Waiting - the number of booked places + the number of places booked in options - allotment → the value from the Number of allotments field
Average Age - the average age of the travellers who have booked the places
Min. Price - the minimum value of the Sell Total Price field of the price record of type Variable Variable/Buy matched with the Allotment
Currency - the Sell Currency Code of the Minimum Price
Status - the status of the allotment record
Grouptour records may be retrieved using the basic Search by Tour Code
and the Advanced Search by the below criteria:
Tour Code
Product Code
Country Area
Status
Dates interval for Start date and End date
Average Age Interval
Duration interval
